- Learn more statistics. I bought a copy of [http://www.amazon.com/Analyzing-Linguistic-Data-Introduction-Statistics/dp/0521709180/ Analyzing Linguistic Data: A Practical Introduction to Statistics using R by Harald Baayen (2008)] and intend to work through it this summer with others that are interested.
- Install and configure [http://trac.edgewall.org/ Trac] and [http://http://bazaar-vcs.org/ Bazaar] Smart Server on WWW. It'd be nice to have a centralized trunk repository for all lab projects. Trac also has a project wiki and ticket tracking system. And plugins to support various VCSs, including built-in Subversion support. I actually have trac, trac-bzr, and trac-spamfilter installed, but not configured.
