Stand-alone versions of Adobe products (with the exception of Adobe Acrobat Pro) are no longer available. We now need to buy subscriptions to Adobe's Creative Cloud service. There are two types of subscriptions available...personal subscriptions and device subscriptions.
A personal subscription is tied to an individual and can be installed on a desktop and a laptop used by that person, UR owned *or* personal, that are NOT used simultaneously. The cost of an individual Adobe program (like Photoshop or Illustrator) is $113.95/year. The cost for "Creative Cloud All Apps" (which would be the replacement for Adobe Design Studio, which included Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat Pro) is $259.95/year.
A perpetual-license version of Acrobat Pro 2017 (ie: a non-cloud, non-subscription, locally-installed program) is available for both Macs and PCs at a one-time cost of $113.95 (as of 2/20/20)

As an FYI, there are some alternatives to Adobe products which some people find very acceptable (and are either free or much less expensive). The open-source GIMP image editor is a great replacement for Photoshop, and I've heard a lot of good things about the Affinity programs by a company called Serif:
