The web interface for the BCS/CVS e-mail system can be found here:

There are two interfaces you can choose from...the more sophisticated AJAX interface (which is the default), or the simpler "Standard Interface". An option to change which interface you use can be found on the main login page.
The login screen for the AJAX interface looks like this:
When logging in, enter your e-mail username in the first field, then select your e-mail domain from the pull-down list next to it. Enter your password, and click on Login.
