Mac OSX

  • Download and run the Xerox printer installation program: http://www.cvs.rochester.edu/cvspriv/downloads/ColorQube8870/ColorQube8870_MacOSX.dmg

  • Once it finishes, it will display a "Select A Printer" window with three icons in it. Click on the icon on the RIGHT.
  • Enter the printer's address (either "cvs249color.cvs.rochester.edu" or "172.30.80.8".
  • From the printer model pulldown menu, select "Xerox ColorQube 8870DN".

  • Click on Continue.
  • On the next page, check or uncheck the option to print a test page or make this your default printer as you see fit.
  • Click on Continue. At this point, you're done.

Windows XP users who previously had the old Phaser 8860 installed
