==  Accessing Meliora Hall resources remotely ==

The ''departmental'' resources that do '''not''' require a VPN connection to access are:

 * the various BCS & CVS websites

 * the BCS/CVS wiki server (obviously!)

 * the BCS/CVS calendar server

The ''departmental'' resources that require a standard UR VPN connection to access are:

 * the departmental printers

 * the "Opus" storage device

The ''departmental'' resources that require a "BCS-modified" UR VPN connection to access are:

 * any lab/office computers connected to the wired network

 * the BCS/CVS Retrospect backup servers

 * the CVS printers located in the Medical Center

 * the CVSNAS3 and CVSNAS1a storage devices

 * any lab/office computers connected to the URMC wired network
