Michael Wagner's lab has been updating their train-able auto-aligner and its looking more user friendly. Morgan Sonderegger's lab has a publicly available trainable https://github.com/mlml/autovot tool.
What we did over last week

- Collected (and collecting) materials for my JIT request in regards to my NRSA.
- Debugged some issues in my analysis set up (fall out from upgrading to a new computer).
- Spent way too much time getting the Prosody-lab auto-aligner linked with the MLML autovot extractor.

- continued debugging Gotta eyelink script with help from Andrew, Anne Pier, and Willmeijn
- did some reading in preparation for BCS 111
