If you want to subscribe to our events calendar so events appear in your own personal calendar (Google Calendar, O365, Apple Calendar, etc.), you'll find subscription information here:

https://www.brownbearsw.com/mc/URBCSCVS?CalendarName=bcscvs_events_calendar;Op=OptioniCal;Amount=Month;NavType=Absolute;Type=Block

The above link allows you to customize (to an extent) how you subscribe to the calendar. It allows you to select which event categories (ie: BCS and/or CVS events) you subscribe to, as well as limiting subscription to a certain range of dates. Make your selections, then click the "Get Subscription URL" button to generate the URL you can use with your personal calendar to add the subscription.

BCS & CVS Events Calendar

The new combined BCS & CVS events calendar can be found here:

https://www.brownbearsw.com/mc/URBCSCVS?Op=ShowIt;CalendarName=bcscvs_events_calendar

E-mail notices

E-mail notices are automatically sent out by the calendar server upon event creation, modification, and deletion. Event reminder e-mails are sent out at two predetermined intervals before the event takes place, usually 1 and 3 days before.

If you wish to be added to, or removed from, the e-mail notification system, please send an e-mail to postmaster@calendar.bcs.rochester.edu with your request. It will be processed promptly.

RSS subscriptions

The link for the new server is:

https://www.brownbearsw.com/mc/URBCSCVS?CalendarName=bcscvs_events_calendar;Op=RSS

Subscribing via other calendars

If you want to keep things simple and just subscribe to the calendar in it's entirety, simply use the URL below with your calendar software:

https://www.brownbearsw.com/mc/URBCSCVS/bcscvs_events_calendar/subscribe/o_cf/bcscvs_events_calendar.ics

Note that as of March 1, 2022, the above subscription link is "new and improved"...the "Description:" field of the event now includes things like location, abstract, etc.

Please note that these subscription URLs are usable with ANY calendar software...there is no longer a need for a separate link just for Google Calendar users.
