E-mail notices
E-mail notices are automatically sent out by the calendar server upon event creation, modification, and deletion. Event reminder e-mails are sent out at two predetermined intervals before the event takes place, usually 1 and 3 days before.
If you wish to be added to, or removed from, the e-mail notification system, please send an e-mail to postmaster@calendar.bcs.rochester.edu with your request. It will be processed promptly.

Subscribing via other calendars
If you want to subscribe to our events calendar so events appear in your own personal calendar (Google Calendar, O365, Apple Calendar, etc.), you'll find subscription information here:
The above link allows you to customize (to an extent) how you subscribe to the calendar. If you want to keep things simple and just subscribe to the calendar in it's entirety, simply use the link below with your calendar software:

Please note that this link is usable with ANY calendar software...there is no longer a need for a separate link just for Google Calendar users.
