Planned BCS 206/7 project. Email back and forth with Job Schepens who's kindly helping us out in calculating similarities between languages for that project.
- Touched based with Gina Kuperberg about potential collaboration in adaptation during form/semantic processing in ERP (Shaorong).
Interviewed one post-doc candidate. Read files for another.
Feedback on project on surprisal in syntactic priming (student of Branigan's).
Accepted two reviews and invitation to co-direct 2017 Kavli Summer Institute for Cognitive Neuroscience

- Submitted RSRB amendment to Crosslinguistic protocol adding and removing a ton of people
- Tried to figure out how in the last couple months our NAS has gone from 2TB used to 7TB used (no luck; storage analyzer app keeps crashing)
Started integrating experiment runner stuff into CrowdExp

- Made stimuli for grouped CVC subtitle experiment
- Finished coding and debugging long exposure MTurk pupillometry experiment.
- Found some weird stuff in Dave's code.
Linda
- Put together and gave review session with Wednesday.
- Answered a whole bunch of emails from students in BCS 111 - their midterm is Monday.
- Put together Assignment 2, most of 3 for DSC 530.
- Put together some visualization / belief updating code for tutorial on Wednesday.
Put together some documentation for VisualWorldBlock in anticipation for Assignment 3 and tutorial next week.
- Met with Mike about TOH. Realized we need to control for mouse/trackpad use.
Wednesday
- Spent 5ever putting together review session material with Linda / gave review session
- Answered a million student emails this weekend (first exam is Monday!)
- Re-analyzing Klinton's data...there's some weirdness in there that I can't quite figure out
- Figured out how the Mturk adaptation experiment code works, set up replication of Klinton's study
- Read a ton of papers on spreading activation models for Cognition
Shaorong
- Set up meeting time with Andrew to talk about running norming study for Chinese radical study
- Read papers on contextual diversity and realized the studies I have in mind have in principle been done already
- Talked about talker accent and belief evaluation with Chigusa on school shuttle
